Question/Problem Description:

Four IIS servers configured total. One server has 280 connections, and the others have hardly any.

  • Super HTTP persistence method may be causing the uneven split of traffic.
  • Super HTTP will create a persistence entry using the user agent string. However if many of the clients are using the same browser and likely the same operating system this string may be identical. In that case, it could be worth changing this to a different persistence method.
  • It is recommended to change the persistence value to an alternate method. However this should not be changed during production as it will drop the persistence for all users.
