Cause: | IP Address from another country being marked as blocked incorrectly. This is directly related to MaxMind since this is the third party the LoadMaster obtains the GEO location data from. |
Resolution: |
Since this is managed by a Third Party, the recommendation is to submit a GEO IP data correction request as explained below: |
Workaround: | Disable the country that is blocking the request within the WAF advanced settings. |
