IP Address being denied by the WAF Country blocking

Summary:

An IP Address is being incorrectly blocked by WAF

Environment:

Product: LoadMaster

Version: All

Platform: All

Application: HTTP(s) based Apps.

Question/Problem Description:

Connections are being blocked incorrectly by the MaxMind Database (country)

Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message: Wafd: Critical. Blocking client [msg "Client from blocked country(<Country Code>)"] [data "<IP Address>"] [severity "CRITICAL"] [tag "paranoia-level/1"]
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause: IP Address from another country being marked as blocked incorrectly. This is directly related to MaxMind since this is the third party the LoadMaster obtains the GEO location data from.
Resolution:

Since this is managed by a Third Party, the recommendation is to submit a GEO IP data correction request as explained below:

Workaround: Disable the country that is blocking the request within the WAF advanced settings.
