| Cause: | The 'named' process was not running on the LoadMaster. The 'named' is the 'name' daemon or process, which controls the GSLB feature. |
| Resolution: |
Restart the GSLB by disabling and reenabling it under Global Balancing. You can monitor this process in version 7.2.58 and above by going to System Configuration > Logging options > System Log Files > GEO Debug. In there you will see "Services... Nameserver running: " |
