How to transfer administrative ownership of a LoadMaster to a different Kemp ID

The transfer of administrative ownership involves changing the Kemp ID associated with the license and re-licensing the LoadMaster. This transfer procedure only applies to transfer of administrative ownership within an organization. Ownership may not be transferred to a 3rd party.

The firmware on the LoadMaster must be 7.1-28 or above in order to change ownership of the LoadMaster using this process.

Note: Both the old and new Kemp ID's will receive notifications that a change has been made.

It might happen that you will come across informative Popups. You simply need to acknowledge them.
