Cause:  
Resolution:
  • This feature needs to be reset on the machine.
  • Navigate to: System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files > click "Debug Options." From here, there should be a button for "Reset Statistic Counters," please click on this. It will have no impact on any services or traffic, nor will the LoadMaster need a reboot afterwards.
