| Cause: | The Reply 200 Pattern is not found during health checking of the real server marking it as down. |
| Resolution: |
When Use HTTP/1.1 is enabled within the virtual services health checks and the HTTP Method is set to GET the Reply 200 Pattern option appears. If the LoadMaster finds the pattern in the response, the Real Server is considered up. The Real Server is marked as down if the string is not found. This can also be tested when browsing to the real server IP address to see what string is returned. The real server will need to be investigated to see why it is not returning the proper string. |
