HWID is changing every time VA Flowmon is powered up

Summary:

Flowmon is licensed based on UUID. It is necessary to have UUID statically locked within the virtualization framework.

Platform: VA KVM Open Nebula
Question/Problem Description:

Why Flowmon HWID is changed?
Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message:  
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause: Everytime appliance deployed in KVM is powered up, UUID is changed.
Resolution:

Generate UUID at VM creation time and keep it persistent.
