User IDs are not migrated to UUIDs properly. How to confirm the issue: grep 'invalid input syntax for type uuid: ""' /var/www/log/exception.log If the output is not empty then the issue is confirmed. |

1) Download the hotfix package - https://nextcloud.flowmon.com/index.php/s/XrsxC6rHeiarDwW 2) Copy the package via SCP (eg. using WinSCP tool) to the flowmon server, folder /home/flowmon/ 3) Install the package via SSH with the command: sudo update-device.sh /home/flowmon/flowmon-fix-db-uuid.tar.gz 4) Refresh the GUI |
