Here are some steps to take a TCP Dump/Packet Capture on the LoadMaster as follows:

- In the main menu, go to System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files > Debug Options (or on newer firmware versions, the TCP Dump option is now available under Troubleshooting).
- The TCP Dump option is visible at the end of this page.

- Enter the Client IP Address to be traced.
- Click Start, wait for the client to connect to the Virtual Service, then click Stop, followed by Download.
- Analyse the pcap file using a tool like Wireshark.
