| Cause: | These logs indicate that the LoadMaster doesn't have a matching cipher with the SFTP/SCP server. The ciphers are noted in the log message under the "Their offer" portion. |
| Resolution: | If possible, expand the list of ciphers available on the server. Recommend the use of https://www.puttygen.com/ to generate the SSH keys using SSH-2 RSA with 2048 bit key size. |
