KEMP 360 Central not collecting logs
KEMP 360 Central unit is not collecting logs from the LoadMaster
Product: Kemp 360 Central
Deployed a KEMP Central unit to collect logs from LoadMaster.
In the log summary, there aren't any log messages from the Kemp LoadMaster.
|Steps to Reproduce:|
Remove and re-add the LoadMaster to resolve this.
To Remove the LoadMaster from the Central unit:
Navigate to Network and Device Administration > All Networks > Select the LoadMaster to remove > Remove the currently selected network or device.
To re-add the LoadMaster:
Network and Device Administration > All Networks > Add a device or network to the network tree.
Add the details for the LoadMaster and click Apply.
