I cannot see any graphs for source profiles but I am sure the collector is receiving the flow data. |

| Cause: | Profiling is enabled only for interfaces that are not active or flow export is not configured for them. It can be verified by visiting Monitoring Center - Analysis - choose All sources profile - check the graph for the source with missing graph. If the graph is present in the All sources profile then the cause is confirmed. |
| Resolution: | Go to Monitoring Center - Sources - Details of the source - enable profiling for the proper interfaces or enable the "All ports" channel. |
