Resolution:
  • Navigate to System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files
  • Click on the "Debug Options Button"
  • From there, select the IFCONFIG button.  This will open a new tab with the MAC Address information
  • If the firmware version is 7.2.56 or later, this will be found at System Configuration > Troubleshooting.
