Unable to disable TLSv1.3 after firmware upgrade

| Question/Problem Description: |
The current version is LoadMaster Version 7.2.42.0.16189.RELEASE which does not support TLSv1.3. After upgrading to a newer version 7.2.58.0.21782.RELEASE, there is no option to disable TLSv1.3. |

| Cause: | TLS1.3 is still enabled globally on the LM. |
| Resolution: | TLS1.3 can be disabled globally within Certs & Security > SSL Options > OpenSSL Version > Set to Use older SSL library - no TLS 1.3 |
