| Question/Problem Description: |
Set up two new Loadmasters and both online/offline license registration fails. Need help to get the licenses to get boxes into production. |
| Steps to Reproduce: | |
| Error Message: | Failed to retrieve license: 181 - Failed to Generate License |

| Enhancement Number: | |
| Cause: | This error is due to a screening error caused by fields of the Kemp ID not being valid. |
| Resolution: | Contact support to have the fields of the Kemp ID modified so that it can pass screening. |
| Workaround: | Create a new Kemp ID to license the device. |
