Why is not possible to change the profile group? |

| Cause: | By design, if the selected profile is the parent for another profile, it is not possible to change the profile type or group due to already created links to other profiles and the whole hierarchy. |
| Resolution: | Create a new profile with the option "Save is new ITEM" and then select a new profile group. |
