  • Kemp offers a Web Application Firewall (WAF) feature which allows you to block traffic specifically based on country of origin. Based on GEO IP information, you can select countries that should not be allowed access. This would probably be the easiest way to block traffic sourcing from entire countries.

  • WAF is a feature that is available on a Enterprise Plus support level.

  • Content Switching can be used to block specific requests to domains or URLs though, so for example if you wanted to block requests to "", you could create a simple content rule to match on /\.ru/ and fail it:

  • This content rule would fail any requests that contain ".ru". This process can be repeated for subsequent country domains.
