MEM8000 error message

Summary:

A Message ID MEM8000 (Correctable memory error logging disabled for a memory device at location DIMM_XX.), without a corresponding MEM0005/MEM0701/MEM0702 on the same DIMM location, currently does not result in a PPR being scheduled for the next reboot.

Question/Problem Description:

in LifecycleLog appeared error MEM8000. Is RAM module corrupted?

Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message: MEM8000 (Correctable error logging disabled)
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause:

Correctable memory error logging disabled for a memory device at location DIMM_XX

Resolution: If you are getting memory errors with DDR4 and you are running BIOS 2.0 or earlier, update your BIOS to the latest revision that includes many memory Self-healing capabilities and ongoing enhancements (it may be necessary to perform the update in multiple steps) and then restart the server. During this restart, the repair initialization will take place, and the result will be logged in the TSR log. After restart, check if the repair was successful (MEM0804). If not contact Flowmon support and provide them with TSR logs.
