Flowmon GUI deployed in AWS doesn't respond or the page takes too long to load

Flowmon (GUI) deployed in AWS sometimes stops responding if DNS is disabled or not responding

Product: Flowmon

Version: Any

Platform: AWS

Question/Problem Description:

We are having issues with setting up flowmon in aws. We keep losing connection to the flowmon.

Steps to Reproduce: Deploy Flowmon in AWS, then change DNS to some nonsense / IP address that is not assigned to a DNS server
Error Message:
Defect Number: FLMON-6235
Enhancement Number:

According to the documentation, Flowmon needs access to DNS servers to function properly:

DNS needs to be configured to resolve this issue. This can be done after accessing the console via SSH (in AWS a SSH key is required for this) and running the command "sysconfig".
