When requesting a virtual service through the LoadMaster the browser shows too many redirects error. |
| Steps to Reproduce: | |
| Error Message: | Too many redirects |
| Defect Number: | |
| Enhancement Number: | |
| Cause: | The virtual service was offloading 443 traffic to 80 and the real server was redirecting all port 80 requests to 443, causing a loop. |
| Resolution: | Enable reencryption on the virtual service to have traffic sent to the real server over 443 instead of 80. |
| Workaround: | Turn off SSL acceleration to make the virtual service a 443 passthrough. |
