It is possible to generate logs with php

php /var/www/shtml/get-logs.php -p 0

-p print file path to the standard output when finished
0 unencrypted
1 encrypted

or with bash

sudo /usr/local/bin/gather-logs.sh -p

-p unencrypted
No parameter generates an encrypted archive.

Since FOS 12.2, the log archive will be in /data/tmp/. It was in /home/flowmon/ in older versions.
 
It is possible to download logs via SCP from /data/tmp/ and it is recommended to delete them afterward.
It is not possible to specify the destination folder.
