Cause:

The reason why 0 ms is displayed is because the statistic simply was not calculated. For some protocols it is not possible to calculate the RPM statistics.

Typically those are VRRP, ARP and similar protocols where it doesn't make sense to calculate these. To view more details about these flows / traffic and why it doesn't generate the statistics, the user can check the monitoring center -> analysis -> advanced analysis -> list of flows. Here it is possible to filter just the desited IP address (see the attached screenshot with an example from my environment).
