The APM module does not support WebSocket, and there is no L7 visibility into the protocol. Analyzing the TLS handshake (encrypted communication) or HTTP GET/Upgrade request (unencrypted communication) at the beginning of WebSocket communication is possible. The rest of the communication can be analyzed on the L4 level. |
