VMWare HA Pair not forming properly, both nodes are claiming the Active role

High Availability(HA) LoadMasters aren't seeing each other. Each node displays itself as the active and the other as being "down." The pair still shares information, however, and will appear to fail over if one is rebooted, when looking at the Shared IP Web Interface. |

| Cause: | The Mac Learning Policy is enabled on the switch/port group. |
| Resolution: |
Need to disable the "Mac Learning Policy" as well as verify the following conditions are met:
