Bal user cannot log into web UI but does work in CLI

Performed password reset in the console and can log in to the CLI with the new password but it does not work in the Web UI. |

Cause: | Bal user is locked out due to session management. |
Resolution: |
Wait 10 minutes for the WUI session management failed login lockout to expire. This can be changed within Certificates & Security > Admin WUI Access > Failed Login Attempts. The default Fail Limit for Failed Login Attempts is 3. |
