VLM 100 and 1000 not supported? What does that mean if we migrate our VLM100+1000 to the latest Loadmaster Firmware V7.0.18b (ah - btw - what is the difference to 7.1.18b? you mention both on your website)

VMware Tools is currently only supported on the VLM 200, 2000, and 5000. There is no current release date for VLM 100 and 1000 at this time.

This is difficult to understand. They all run on VMware, are the base system so fundamentally different that they can't get a vmware tools installation?

VLM1000 is 32Bit, VLM200,2000,5000 are 64Bit

So if one is paying maintenance for VLM-1000, one is essentially paying maintenance for a produt that isn't going to get updated?

The VLM-100 and VLM-1000 are supported and maintained, however VMWare Tools is a new feature that is only available for the VLM-200, VLM-2000 and VLM-5000
