There are two methods of contacting our support team; via the ticketing system and by phone.
The support center is the primary method of contacting our customer support team. This method uses email for corresponding with the support team. This is the preferred method because it allows for attachments and provides an event log when an issue cannot be resolved immediately.
There are two ways of contacting the support centre:
To access the website user interface on your browser;
Navigate to http://kemptechnologies.com/load-balancing-support/KEMP-support/
After the webpage has loaded, click the Access Support button.
The main support section for your region displays.
Click Sign In, enter your KEMP ID (the email you have registered) plus Password and proceed.
After authentication two new options appear at the top of the web page.
Submit a Ticket takes you to a form where you create and post a ticket.
My Activities takes you to a dashboard where you monitor your ongoing tickets and interactions with KEMP support.
Tickets can also be initiated via an email client.
If possible contact support using the email address that your LoadMaster is registered to. This enables support to access your details and address the issue more quickly.

You may phone the customer support team directly. Availability of phone support varies and depends on the LoadMaster's support level.
