Unable to access Kemp 360 Central, user credentials denied
Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message:

Cause:  
Resolution:
  • Gain console access to Kemp 360 via hypervisor.
  • For the credentials use the following:
    • User: pwreset
    • Password: 1pwreset
  • Once done, the password will be reset to 1fourall for Kemp360.
  • In the same console connection you will be prompted to enter the credentials:
    • User: kemp360
    • Password: 1fourall
  • Once you log in you will be prompted to enter a new password.
  • From there you will be able to access the GUI using the default user Admin and the new password.
