ADS with FortiGate integration - troubleshooting

FortiGate integration doesn't work.

If the integration script doesn't work for any reason, it is possible to edit the script and change the line:

DEBUG=0

to 

DEBUG=1

then debug logging is enabled, and its output is saved to /tmp/fg-mitigation.log.

Suppose the log won't show any clue to fix the issue. In that case, it is recommended to download the appliance logs (Configuration Center - System - Maintenance) and provide them to Flowmon support together with the /tmp/fg-mitigation.log.
