APM monitoring stopped after adding a new server/application

Summary:

APM analysis shows no new transactions after adding the new server and application.

Question/Problem Description:

Why has APM stopped working?

Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message:  
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause: The new server could generate a lot of traffic (transactions) which may overload the APM probe.
Resolution:

Delete the newly added server and application. And restart the APM collector and probe. 

Limiting the number of transactions before adding the server again is necessary. For example, stopping other servers/applications or adding the server only with specific VLANs.
