As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver a more seamless customer experience, we have embarked on a project to consolidate interactions with Progress.
On September 15, 2024, we will migrate our Kemp ID system to our Progress ID platform. We will work to make this change as frictionless as possible.
This list of FAQ should help you understand the impact.
Q. What if I have both Kemp ID and Progress ID with the same email address? A. The existing Progress ID account login can still be used. The Kemp ID is not required going forward. The Progress ID to login to the Kemp Support Portal and also to license your LoadMaster product can still be used.
Q. What if I have a Kemp ID which I have used within the last six years and do not have a Progress ID that uses the same email address? A. Progress will migrate the Kemp ID account to a Progress ID account using the same login credentials that you used to access your Kemp ID account. The Progress ID can still be used to login to the Kemp Support Portal and also to license the LoadMaster product.
Q. What if I have a Kemp ID that I have not used within the last six years and do not have a Progress ID that uses the same email address? A. A Progress ID with the same email address as the existing Kemp ID will need to be created. Please visit this URL to register for a Progress ID - https://sso.kemptechnologies.com/register.
Q. What if I don’t have a Kemp ID or a Progress ID? A. Please register for a Progress ID here - https://sso.kemptechnologies.com/register.
Q. I can’t login to the Kemp Support Portal with my Progress Id? A. Please navigate here to reset your Progress ID password and try again: https://secure.progress.com/profile/opn/resetPasswd?
Q. Will I still be able to access the Kemp Support Portal at https://support.kemptechnologies.com/ A. Yes, access to this portal will not be affected and the Progress ID can be used to log in.
Q. Will I still be able to license my new LoadMaster? A. Yes, please use the Progress ID and password on the LoadMaster UI to obtain a license.
Q. Will the Kemp Support Portal at https://support.kemptechnologies.com/ be changing anytime soon? A. At a date soon we will retire the current Kemp Support Portal and move customers to the Progress Community Portal. We will reach out to our customers before this change takes place. |
