How to Download the LoadMaster System Logs and Extended Logs

    1. System Logs Download

To view the LoadMaster system log files, follow the steps below in the Web User Interface (WUI):

1. In the main menu, go to System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files.
   
2. Click Download Log Files. This provides a full copy of all log files.
3. Alternatively, you can view the boot, warning, system messages, and so on, by clicking the individual buttons provided.

2. Extended Logs Download

To view the LoadMaster system log files, follow the steps below in the WUI:

1. In the main menu, go to System Configuration > Logging Options > Extended Log Files.
   
2. Click the arrow to the right of the Save button, select all the logs you like to save and click Save. This provides a copy of all selected log files.
3. Alternatively, you can view the connection, security, user and Web Application Firewall (WAF) logs by clicking the individual buttons provided.
