I am wanting to add an additional user in our organization to access Kemp Support, and your support portal recommended a link (https://support.kemptechnologies.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004201303-How-to-Create-a-Kemp-ID) but the link comes up with a Page Not Found error (I'm logged in to support also).
I'd like to add Matt Estes <removed email> to our support for TIB so he can download and create cases, KB lookups, etc.
