Would like to give a colleague access to the support portal.

  • Create a Kemp ID for specific user using link below:
  • Creating a Kemp ID only gives access to support portal and the ability to open up support tickets.  Does not give the ability to see other Kemp IDs inventory. 
  • The only way to have ownership of a LoadMaster be given to multiple user’s is to create a Kemp ID using an email that is configured as a shared email. All of the users that have access to the email will then have access to any information with regard to support tickets that are opened for your LoadMaster, licensing information for your LoadMaster, and more.

I am wanting to add an additional user in our organization to access Kemp Support, and your support portal recommended a link ( but the link comes up with a Page Not Found error (I'm logged in to support also).

I'd like to add Matt Estes <removed email> to our support for TIB so he can download and create cases, KB lookups, etc.
