Physical to Logical Port Assignment
Contents
1 Introduction
There are a variety of hardware LoadMaster models to choose from. For details on each, consult the Kemp website: www.kemptechnologies.com.
The physical network ports and their logical assignment varies between models depending on the underlying hardware platform used.
1.1 Document Purpose
This document outlines the total number of Ethernet and Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP+) ports on each hardware LoadMaster. Because the physical port labels on each LoadMaster model may vary, this document shows the factory default logical port label assignment.
1.2 Intended Audience
This document is intended to be read by anyone who is interested in finding out the logical port label assignment when installing a hardware LoadMaster.
