"Cannot connect to any licensing server" log message

Question/Problem Description: |
Getting ERR emails saying the LoadMasters cannot connect to any licensing server. Prior to the upgrade, not getting any alerts since these had a lower logging severity. |
Steps to Reproduce: | |
Error Message: | Cannot connect to any licensing server |

Enhancement Number: | |
Cause: | The units do not have access the internet and they can't connect over HTTPS to licensing.kemp.ax - 52.166.52.190 nor alsi2.kemptechnologies.com - 52.136.251.129. |
Resolution: | Couldn't disable the ERR email alerts, suggested to allow HTTPS access from the LoadMaster to our licensing servers but this was not an option either. |
Workaround: |
Disable the call home feature which allows the LoadMaster to send data to our licensing servers for analysis. This can be disabled by going to Certificates & Security > Remote Access > uncheck Enable Kemp Analytics. |
