Summary:

Trying to update the LoadMaster to a higher version but we got an error message "Software update failed: Invalid Update"
Environment:

Product: LoadMaster

Question/Problem Description:

Why is the LoadMaster giving an error when trying to use the firmware patch taken from the support site?
Steps to Reproduce:
  • Download Patch
  • Insert the downloaded zip file into "Software update file" in the LoadMaster
  • click "update machine"
Error Message: Software update failed: Invalid Update
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause: File downloaded from the support site must first be unzipped
Resolution: Unzipped the file, then used it for the upgrade
