The LoadMaster has the ability to take packet captures by navigating to System Configuration > Troubleshooting > TCP dump. Here, you can filter on the interface of interest, any IP in the "Address" field, any port, or a variety of other TCP dump options.
You're also free to navigate to System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files > Debug Options and Enable L7 Debug Traces. Note, if this is an encrypted VS, SSL must be enabled on the Virtual Service for this option to work. Otherwise, you'll simply see the client IP, VIP, and selected real server. Debug Traces should be disabled when troubleshooting is complete. |
