NTP VIP is not working

Information

Summary:	Unable to connect to newly created NTP virtual service.
Environment:	Product: LoadMaster Version: Any Platform: Any Application: Any
Question/Problem Description:	VIP configured on LoadMaster for NTP, as a UDP service type. This has two servers on the backend. When pointing NTP to the VIP it does not work. When NTP is pointed to the server directly, it is able to sync up the time and works successfully.

Cause:	Global loadmaster gateway is on a different network from the VIP. Because of this, the VIP needs its own virtual service specific gateway to maintain the correct routing.
Resolution:	Looking at the network the ntp VS is configured over, I noticed its on a network different than the loadmasters global default gateway. So its appears to be just a networking issue.
