Question/Problem Description: |
Is it possible to get a temporary key to extend our current license for a few weeks until the renewal payment is processed? |
Steps to Reproduce: |
Wait until Support is about to expire. |
Error Message: | Your Home tab will note that the unit will expire within the next month. |

Cause: | Support has not yet been renewed. |
Resolution: | We offer a 30-day grace period to ensure no drops in Support. For this reason, we don't offer a temporary renewal key. Note that the unit will not stop functioning if it previously had a permanent license. Trial units will stop functioning after the 30-day grace period. |
Workaround: | Renew Support as soon as possible. |
