| Cause: |
Flowmon appliance can't reach our services portal (services.flowmon.com) for updates. Also message Unable to update signature list for BPATTERNS method (download failed) may appear. Example of the system message |
| Resolution: |
1) Check if Flowmon is connected to the internet and also if the communication isn't blocking on the firewall 2) Check nslookup and traceroute services.flowmon.com 3) Check your DNS settings in Configuration Center -> DNS Servers 4) Delete system messages. Verify that the blacklist database appears (ADS -> Settings -> Processing -> Blacklists ->Blacklist content) |
