Question/Problem Description:

Our Kemp server had to be restored from a backup and now says The Call Home grace period has expired and the Load Balancing services have been disabled. To remain free, please provide an Internet connection.
Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message: The Call Home grace period has expired and the Load balancing services have been disabled. To remain free, please provide an Internet connection.
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause: The LoadMaster believes itself to be a Free LoadMaster and internet access hasn't been available for 30 days.
Resolution:
  • Allow internet access for this machine.
  • If you believe that this unit should be a permanent license, please contact Kemp support. We would also need a purchase order number to confirm the license is in fact a permanent one and has valid support.  Please ensure you have a backup of your configuration and certificates.
