Kemp offers a High Availability (HA) solution for same-site redundancy. This will allow Virtual Services to sync between two separate LoadMasters in an active/standby role. This is useful in the event that one LoadMaster fails. Another same-site redundancy option offered is Clustering. This provides active/active redundancy and allows resources to be pooled among three or LoadMasters. We also offer a DNS load-balanced solution called GEO, which allows the LoadMaster to act as a DNS responder. This is useful if the same website must be served in more than one location for two separate datacenters. |
