Print Server Connectivity Issues

Summary: 

Cannot connect to new virtual service that is load balancing print servers.

Environment:

Product: LoadMaster

Version: Any

Platform: Any

Application: Print Servers

Question/Problem Description: 

Followed the directions within the documentation for having the LoadMaster perform load balancing for print servers. I'm unable to access printers. 

Steps to Reproduce:  Attempt to connect to the printer.
Error Message:  Windows couldn't connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct. 
Defect Number:  
Enhancement Number:  
Cause:  The hostname of the virtual service has not been added to the server as a secondary hostname. 
Resolution:  The hostname that is associated with the virtual service must be added to the print server in order for the connection to be accepted.
