Question/Problem Description: |
Followed the directions within the documentation for having the LoadMaster perform load balancing for print servers. I'm unable to access printers. |
Steps to Reproduce: | Attempt to connect to the printer. |
Error Message: | Windows couldn't connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct. |

Cause: | The hostname of the virtual service has not been added to the server as a secondary hostname. |
Resolution: | The hostname that is associated with the virtual service must be added to the print server in order for the connection to be accepted. |
