| Cause: | It is not possible to install an SSL certificate on the LoadMaster without the private key. |
| Resolution: | A new CSR must be generated to create a new private key. This can be done within Certificates & Security > Generate CSR. Upon creation both a Certificate Request and a private key will generated. Ensure the private key is saved, as this is the only time it will be visible. The CSR must be signed by a CA to receive a new valid certificate to install on the LoadMaster. |
