Resolution:
  • You can disable/enable the cache option on the Virtual Service, it will clear the cache on the LM. This can be found under:
    • View/Modify Services > Modify > Advanced Properties

  • The SSO cache can be flushed by going to:
    • System Configuration > Logging Options > System Log Files > Debug Options > Flush SSO Authentication Cache.
