LoadMaster is showing up as a yellow exclamation mark on Kemp 360 central under network and device administration

Steps to Reproduce:  
Error Message: The device is currently unavailable because of an authentication failure. The device has been monitored in the past and any previously collected data can be viewed. Check the device settings.

Resolution:

Here are the steps to resolve LoadMaster in unauthorized status in KEMP Central:-

  • In kemp 360 Central, go to Network and administration button & Expand all networks
  • Go to the network your kemps are located and follow the steps:
    1. Select the ha pair not the individual units if correcting a HA pair
    2. Click the edit device button (pencil icon on bottom)
    3. Choose basic authentication
    4. Apply the new username bal
    5. Apply the new password under password field
    6. Hit apply
  • Unauthorized status for Loadmaster is resolved
