Defect Number:
Enhancement Number:
  • In order to delete an SSO, it must first be removed from any Virtual Services it's applied to.
  • If the SSO is applied to at least one Virtual Service, the Delete button will be grayed out.

  • To remove the grayed out status of the button, navigate to Virtual Services > View/Modify Services > observe the "Layer" column. This will be notated with "+ESP", if ESP is enabled on the Virtual Service or SubVS.

  • Modify the Virtual Service or SubVS in question and either disable ESP or use an alternate SSO.
  • Once the SSO is removed from all locations, the option to delete the SSO will be available.
