| Enhancement Number: | |
| Cause: | The possible cause might be a low profile quota (eg. 1 MB). If the quota is too low, the flows are rotated every 5 minutes and in a time of backup, there are no data for the past day. |
| Resolution: | Go to Configuration Center - Resource Manager - Quota Manager and resize the quota of the profile. |
