Admin Login Methods Grayed Out

Summary:

Want to change what is currently set, but Admin Login Methods is grayed Out
Environment:

Product: LoadMaster

Version: Any

Platform: Any

Application: Any
Question/Problem Description:
  • Attempting to change the Admin Login Method under Certificates & Security > Remote Access from Password Only to Password or Client Certificate, however all other options in this drop down are grayed out (screenshot attached for reference).

Steps to Reproduce:

Enhancement Number:  
Cause: No "Pre-Auth Click Through Banner" set
Resolution:
  • This can be set by navigating to Certificates & Security > Admin WUI Access > Pre-Auth Click Through Banner. Once this is populated, you should be able to set a different Admin Login Method.
