The scale values are not displayed in a FMD graph

| Question/Problem Description: |
The customer informed us the scale on the left side of the graph displayed on the dashboard is not displayed in FMD. It appears when the dashboard is opened, but disappears when the graph is updated over time. |
| Steps to Reproduce: | It is hard to consistently reproduce, but basic steps are to display a graph in FMD and change any settings or wait until it gets to automatically updated. |
